Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. Although I found the rooms to be appealing and clean, the consistent issues with the air conditioning left me uncomfortable at times. The location, although convenient for events, was far too noisy due to its proximity to the motorway, interrupting my sleep. Dining was enjoyable with well-cooked meals, but the options were limited. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some serious updates and management training to enhance the guest experience.
I had a pleasant experience overall, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. The hotel boasts a good location, especially for events at Walsall FC, making it convenient for visitors. However, some issues arose during my stay, particularly with room heating and cleanliness, which detracted from the experience. The dining options were decent but could use some improvements in variety and timeliness.
I had a decent stay overall with a few highlights and low points. The room was spacious, and the staff was helpful, but my shower did cause a bit of a mess. The location was fantastic for attending events, but the dining experience could use some improvements for better value. All in all, it's worth considering for a family trip.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were generally friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I faced some frustration with the dining options, as the food could have been better, and the prices felt a bit high. Overall, it provided a decent place to stay, but there are areas that could use improvement.
